Ingredients:
6 Guerrero Flour Tortillas
2 poblano chiles, diced
6 slices manchego cheese
6 green onions; sliced
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup oil for frying
how to make it:
1. Top each GUERRERO Flour Tortilla with chile, cheese and green onion.
2. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Beat eggs with a fork, dip the rolls in the egg and then in bread crumbs.
3. Fry in oil until golden and drain on absorbent paper.
Tip:
Add diced corn to make the tacos tastier.
