12 Guerrero Tostadas Caseras
1 lb. fish, mild white filet
1 1/2 onions, sliced
2 bay leaves
1 minced garlic clove
1 tomato, chopped
1-2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
1 tsp vinegar
1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
Lime juice
Shredded cabbage

how to make it:

1. Boil fish for 10 minutes in enough salted water to cover filets, along with onion, bay leaves and garlic. Remove fish, cool and shred cooked filets.

2. Sauté tomato, onion, jalapeños, and vinegar in oil for 8 minutes. Add fish and cilantro to skillet and heat through.

3. Place fish mixture on tostadas and top with lime juice and cabbage.
