- TIMING: The Promotion shall consist of sixty-two (62) separate and independent sweepstakes (each a “Store Promotion”), each with its own separate pool of entrants and its own separate prizes (“Prizes”). Each Promotion will be held at its own store location (“Promotion Location”) and have its own start and end period (“Promotion Period”), each with its own drawings (collectively Drawings,” individually “Drawing”) as set forth in the chart below. Entry into each Store Promotion is separate. Entry into the Drawing for one Store Promotion is not entry into the Drawing for any other Store Promotion. The computer clock of Administrator is the official time keeping device in the Promotion.
- ELIGIBILITY: Each Store Promotion is open only to legal residents of Los Angeles, CA, USA who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Gruma Corporation d/b/a Mission Foods (“Sponsor”) and Texas Multi Tele Ventas, Inc. (“Administrator”) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Void anywhere not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
- HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate in the Store Promotion at any Promotion Location, visit that Promotion Location’s location (during its regular business hours) during the corresponding Promotion Period for that Promotion Location, and fill out an entry form at the Promotion table in the Promotion Location. When each Drawing is completed for that Promotion Location (see Rule 5 below), the Administrator will notify the randomly selected potential winner for that Promotion Location by using the contact information provided on the corresponding entry form. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release. Failure to comply when requested, or failure to respond to winner notification within 5 days may result in disqualification and award of prize to an alternate winner.
- ENTRY & PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Limit of one (1) entry per person, per Store Promotion. Limit (1) prize per person for the entire Promotion. No substitution or transfer of any prize or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, if prize, or portion of prize, becomes unavailable. If it is discovered, during prize verification, that you have entered or attempted to enter more than the stated limit, you will be disqualified at the discretion of the Administrator, or your entries will be voided. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes..
- WINNER SELECTION/ODDS: On the dates set forth in the chart above, Administrator will conduct the Promotion Location’s first Drawing for one (1) Prize approximately thirty (30) minutes after the Promotion Period begins to select one (1) Promotion winner per one (1) Prize from among the eligible entries received for that Store Promotion. Administrator will conduct a subsequent Drawing to select one (1) Promotion winner per Prize from among the eligible entries received for each Store Promotion every thirty (30) minutes until a winner has been selected for each Prize available at that Promotion Location. The odds of winning in any individual Store Promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received for that individual Store Promotion.
- PRIZES: The number of Prizes that will be awarded at each Promotion Location during each Promotion Period is listed in the table in Section 1 above. Each Prize is one (1) grill with an approximate retail value of two hundred seventy dollars ($270.00). Sixty-two (62) Prizes available. Total ARV of all Prizes: $16,740.00.
- GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, photograph and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation in any and all media now known or hereafter developed without territorial restriction (except where prohibited by law). BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE THAT THE PROMOTION PARTIES, THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS, AND THEIR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR, AND TO RELEASE AND HOLD ALL SUCH PARTIES HARMLESS FROM, ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR LIABILITY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY REASON OF THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION. - RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Promotion Parties shall not be responsible or liable for entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, damaged, illegible, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and all such entries will be disqualified. - CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of yours or winners, Sponsor, and Administrator in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of Texas. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
- TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. A 1099 Form (preceded by a W9 Form) will be issued to any winner of a prize valued over $600.

Requests must be received within 30 days after the end of the final Promotion Period.
